Kyle — your growth system, already started.

You told us what you wanted out of this. Here's what we'd do for each — several already built into working pieces you can click and see right now, the rest mapped out and ready to build. It all drives the same two goals:

🔧
Grow your service revenuemore booked repair work
⏱️
Give you your time backless manual, more done-for-you

Each card below is one of your asks — with a link to the real thing. Green = already built & clickable. Gray = the plan, ready to build.

1

A website built to convert Built

"Tell the family story, with Sales & Service pages + tracking."

A fast, family-legacy-led site (our June 2026 measurement of your current site was about 8 seconds to load on a phone; our target for the new build is roughly 1 second), service-first, with the quote form built into the hero and tracking from day one. The rebuild covers both: we rebuild your existing marketing pages and we build out brand-new dedicated service pages plus product pages (one for each parts category), so every service and every parts category has its own page.

2

Be found — Google & AI Done

"Local Wichita + service keywords, in search and AI answers."

Getting found has three parts that work together: (1) the right search words on every page (this is SEOSEO = Search Engine Optimization. Setting up your site with the words people type, so you show up in the normal Google results — the list of blue links.), (2) a fast, healthy site Google and AI can actually read, and (3) showing up inside AI answers — that last one is called AEOAEO = Answer Engine Optimization. Making sure AI tools like Google's AI Overview, ChatGPT and Perplexity name and recommend your business when someone asks a question — not just the old list of blue links.. We've already done the research on all three — click each to see.

3

Google Business Profile The plan

"Get the Google listing working as hard as it can."

Your Google Business Profile — the listing on Google Maps and the right side of Google search — is live and claimed, but under-optimized, and most of the fixes are free. Category: it's filed under the generic "Material Handling Equipment Supplier" instead of "Forklift Dealer." Switching the primary category to "Forklift Dealer" and adding "Forklift Rental Service" as a secondary is a free change and one of the strongest Google Maps ranking levers. Reviews: you're at 11 reviews / 4.1★, with a couple of old 1-star reviews holding the average down — reviews drive both map ranking and whether a buyer picks you, so we'd set up a review-request program (an automatic text + email with your review link after every completed job and sale) to grow the count and pull the rating toward 4.5★+, plus respond to the negative reviews. Fill it out: no services are listed, the description skips high-intent terms (forklift repair / rental / parts + Wichita), there are only about 14 photos (category leaders run 30+), and there's no Google Posts activity — we'd complete the services, rewrite the description with those terms, grow the photos, and keep Posts active. There's also a neglected Garden City profile with just 1 review — same fixes, an untapped second location. This is the highest-ROI work on the list because it's mostly free and it's where local buyers actually look.

4

Faster, pro proposals Working preview

"Consistent, on-brand proposals for Dan & Chad."

This is a working preview of the experience — type the job in a sentence and watch a clean, branded proposal build in seconds, so you can see how it would feel. In the live build, it uses Lift Parts Service's own product list and approved pricing, produces a real document your rep can send, and logs the proposal into Pipeline (your customer-relationship software). The version shown here uses sample numbers to demonstrate how it works — not your real pricing yet.

5

Capture every lead Built

"Forms and booking with my reps, into Pipeline, nothing slips."

Every quote form and appointment flows straight into PipelinePipeline is your customer-relationship software — the system that holds all your leads and customers in one place (so nothing gets lost on a sticky note). It is the system Lift Parts Service already uses in-house; we connect to it., your customer-relationship software — tagged by type and location (so each lead is labeled by what they want and where they are), routed to the right rep, with instant confirmation.

6

Email & newsletter The plan

"Run the Mailchimp work properly — service-focused."

We take the email work off Crissy's plate and run it as one program: steady follow-up emails to leads and customers, plus a revived monthly newsletter — both sent through Mailchimp, the email service you already use. Contacts are split into groups (service customers, sales prospects, quiet "lapsed" accounts) so each group gets a message that fits them, and everything runs on a set monthly schedule, focused on growing service.

7

A blog that brings in traffic The plan

"Show up for the questions buyers are searching."

A regular blog with helpful posts that each link back to your service pages and product pages. This builds your authority with Google over time and brings in new visitors who are searching for answers — people who then land on the right service or parts page. You don't have a blog like this today, so this is all new traffic.

8

Capture every rental request The plan

"Let customers rent equipment online — a growth area for the business."

Your rental equipment already shows up as listings on your website. We add a clear "Request a Rental" button to those rental listings that captures the customer's request — the equipment they want, the dates they need it, and their contact details — and routes that request instantly to your team and into your lead tracking, so no rental inquiry slips through the cracks. As a separate next step to look into (not a promise), we would ask Dealer Information Systems, the company that makes both RentHub and Quantum, whether a website request could ever feed directly into your RentHub or Quantum system. We have not confirmed that any such automatic feed exists today, so for now the reliable, deliverable version is the request form that routes to your team.

9

See what's working Built in stages

"A simple dashboard of real metrics — weekly."

One branded view of the numbers that matter — leads by source, the funnelFunnel = the journey a lead takes, from first website visit → lead → booked appointment → quote → won job. It shows where people drop off so you know what to fix., bookings, service vs. sales, and lead-to-closeLead-to-close = the share of leads that turn into paid jobs. It tells you how well the leads are actually converting into money.. It comes online in stages as each data source is connected: first the leads and phone calls we capture ourselves plus your Google Business Profile, then the website analytics once we have access, then the Pipeline sales funnel once it's wired in with the back-office team. The numbers shown here are sample data to show you the layout — not live figures yet.

Two things we've already turned up

Real, from your own Google data — not sample data.
🔎

Google Search Console — verified tracking now connected Connected

Search Console shows your real Google rankings, the exact searches bringing you traffic, and what's actually working. We've connected it to your account.

What we found: The property is brand-new — it only began collecting data in mid-June 2026, with no search history before that. So there's been no measurement of your search performance until now.

What we can't show yet (and why): With only days of data, there are no reliable rankings to report yet — verified ranking data builds over the next few weeks. That's where our monthly verified reporting begins.

What we'll do once it's collecting: Track your verified keyword positions, show which searches you're winning and losing, watch your service pages climb, and report real numbers every month — SEO tied to results, not estimates.

Free opportunity Google already flagged Free

Google has flagged a free opportunity — dozens of your products could appear on the free Google Shopping tab. Capturing it depends on how your product catalog is set up, which we would map with you.

The whole thing — at your pace

These don't all have to happen at once — we can start with the foundation and add the rest as it makes sense. Nothing here ever touches your inventory or your parts store; they keep running exactly as they do today, and the new site just connects to them.

🛡️
Low risk, by design. None of this touches your inventory or your parts store — they keep running exactly as they do today; the new site just connects to them. And you can roll back anytime: we point your domain back to your current site in minutes, and your customer-relationship software, parts store, and accounts stay yours. See exactly how →
